Get matched with top natural slate roofing repairers in Avalon, CA

"You definitely want this roofing company working on your roof. They say what they mean & mean what they say. They're good-natured, English speaking, eager to please perfectionists that are priced competitively. They finished what was expected to be a 3-day job in half the time & cleaned up behind themselves so that the yard looked better than it did before they started. You'll enjoy dealing with David. He coordinates every detail of the job & has done so for this company for the past 16 years. Top notch."

"repair a leak on the roof"

"Quick to respond, detailed information regarding the roof repairs needed. Glad we chose this company."

"Because I needed only a repair after a tree limb damaged the roof, many roofers either would not bid or I would have to wait for any repair. Universal did the repairs over several days by sending over crews after they had finished a prior job. Worked out well."

"The crew worked fast to tear off and repair the damaged portions of our roof. They cleaned up the site every day and kept a clean work area during the day. For the amount of repairs needed to our roof, Caesar’s crew did a great job of beating the rain and installing a great new roof. Our repairs were substantial after the roof structure was exposed. Lesson learned, I would budget for at least 30% more than the job was bid once needed repairs are uncovered. It will be less of a shock when you find out what it will cost to do the needed repair work."

"The first guy came over and took pictures on an ipad and gave an estimate. I have tile on the first portion of the roof and then the rest is a graded flat roof. He entered the roof from the front meaning he walked on the tiles. After the repairs we completed, we had another big storm and the roof leaked where the tiles were. I later learned you are not supposed to walk on tile. I think he may have disturbed something causing the new leak. He was professional and explained all of the costs, showed me photos. The actual repair person came while I was at work and did the repairs. He sent pictures of all of the completed work. The leak that I called for repair was repaired and never leaked again. He cleaned up the roof as well. I was happy with this. I tried contacting them again but never received a reply. Overall, they got the job done but I believe more care should be taken on a tile roof. I think they should be more responsive to emails because I would have used them again. They were responsive to the initial scheduling and consultation but after that, I could not get a reply."

"He spent quite a bit of time on our roof and took/sent us lots of pictures. He provided a verbal quote for the proposed needed repairs and was informative with us."

"From the first phone call to the office to get an estimate, to when the estimator came out to bid the job, to when the Forman came out to confirm the work that needed to be done, to the first day the crew showed up to start the job the process was professional and smooth. I would not only recommend Foothill Painting, I would use them again! I was very happy with the attention to detail and the good job Foothill Painting did. The preparation, patching and paint job was done well and the stucco repair matched the existing stucco real well. The Forman took his time to help us and make sure we choose the right colors for the house. It is apparent these guys take pride in their job! (rare these days) As with any large job there will be things you notice a week or two later that need to be touched up. All it took was a phone call to the office and one of the original crew members came out to take care of every request. Not only was everything done to my expectations, it was done with a smile and great attitude! Foothill Painting-Highly Recommended!!!"

"Matt came to inspect our roof and found another tile that needed to be replaced in addition to the 2 that were already broken. He came the next day to do the job. In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job. Reasonable price and would use him again for any future jobs."
