I was moved to action by a serious leak, in our second-floor bonus room, caused by the heavy rain and high winds we have had over the winter. I found several positive reviews online for Above it All Roofing and gave them a call. I received reply from David, their Customer Service Manager, the same day. He set an appointment to visit my house to inspect the roof and provide a quote. He inspected the Fascia boards, Soffit and Eaves looking for weather damage and wood rot. The hidden wood rot was considerable even though I paint my house when needed. I was appreciative he found it. Dave gave me a fair quote and because of his explanation of the issues and his honesty, I hired Above it All Roofing that same day. The repairs commenced within a week. The skilled four-man crew who did the job were very diligent workers and the only break they took was for lunch. They always were on time every day. I was impressed by their dedication and knowledge. Above it All Roofing deserves my highest recommendation for the very complete, quality job. I was impressed by: • Inspection of all roof wood underlayment and the replacement of any questionable panels. • Their use of two layers of felt and tar underlayment waterproof sheeting designed to insure a dry roof. • Repair of all wood rot on the roof, rafter tails, and eaves. • Saved me money by reusing the existing concrete roofing tiles and replaced all the cracked ones. Pressure washed the entire roof when finished to make the roof look like brand new. • A warranty was included for the roofing work which gave me peace of mind. "Had the team from Chandler out after we discovered a water leak during the big series of storms in November. They were able to have Brady come out and take a look in a week, which was great given that I'm sure they were flooded with calls. Brady put together a plan of action to fix the leak, and when it came time for the work to start, they quickly realized that the under layment on our clay tile roof was not consistent throughout the roof as anticipated. Brady immediately called me to keep me in the loop as well as provide his recommendations on the best course of action. The communication and honesty was up front throughout which is certainly something we appreciated. The partial re-roof that we opted for was completed within a week - a far cry from the 5+ weeks that our neighbors experienced with some other company. Brady took the time to explain the materials that were used in the process, as well as they type of under layment options and warranty. After another four days of rain in February, everything looks good and we are dry! Overall very satisfied with their job. While I'm sure there are slightly cheaper roofing contractors out there, I think the overall balancing of price vs quality certainly favors Chandler."

"They came out for a $99 roof inspection but it hardly covered anything, they just came out looked at it and gave their evaluation and recommended repairs and gave us an estimate for those. It was okay but I just thought we would get more for what we paid for. Wasn't really a deal. The $99 was really just a we'll come out and look at it, didn't cover any repairs or anything. I just thought it would cover more."

It took a long time for the job to be scheduled. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up the old roofing. I am happy to have my new roof. The quality of the work was great! All went very smoothly.
