"he was very professional.  evaluated all three things and these were out of his scope...they were the usual in door services that most people use handymen for but i figured i would try.  i appreciated his honesty and his time (at no charge) and for one of the repairs, he even gave me the name and number to a friend who is now willing to help us...overall, i would definitely use him for future necessities.  he is very busy and i know he was booked far in advanced but he was also very honest about that and since i didn't need anything urgently done, i was happy to wait based on his reviews.

"This service was great. Steven was knowledgeable in his work. Very nice guy and the work was completed in a short time. He also fixed a couple of other items in the kitchen, I wasn’t aware need to be fixed. He noticed while repairing the oven that the vents in my microwave were not installed and that my dish washer was not mounted to the cabinet. I wish all businesses were this observant in their work. "I had found Mixene and One Way Cleaning by looking them up on Angie's List.  They had positive reviews and appeared to have good pricing for their time.  I contacted him via Angie's List.  At first his responsiveness to Angie's List message was not very prompt and I followed up with a phone call later.  Once we had coordinated on price and day though everything went smoothly.  Mixene was flexible and though we had planned on the work being perfomed on one day when I suddenly had a conflict he was able to reschedule.  On the date of service Mixene arrived as arranged and immediately got to work cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, hallway, living room, and also did two mirrored walls, window, and the balcony glass panels.    He checked in with me throughout to confirm that I was satisfied and if there was anything else needed as he moved through the house.  He had all the needed equipment and cleaning supplies available.  I did provide him my ladder to more easily reach the tops of the windows.  Overall the job was well done and performed between two of them in under 4.5 hours.  I plan to have him come back in a few weeks and have this be a routine house cleaning performed by him.
