Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. We ended up with beautiful flooring and an on-schedule installation. Emily visited our home throughout the projects and always answered our phone calls and emails promptly. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Further, all the other Kitchen and Bath World staff we met were very helpful, and we felt completely comfortable having them in our home. Greg, the lead installer, has an outstanding work ethic and outstanding construction / remodeling skills. Greg did meticulous work, and our home was always left in pristine condition at the end of the day. We will be recommending Kitchen and Bath World to our family and friends!"

"I had several projects for two separate homes. He completed all the previous job in an excellent manner. My last project was remodeling a walk-in shower, replacing all flooring and repositioning the glass door he previously installed. I have been unable to communicate with him since I gave him the balance on the $8500 contract. He completed all work except for the glass door, which he said he'd have to purchase a new one, but assured me there would be no added expense to me. That was on January 12, 2024. All effort to contact him have gone unanswered. If ANGI know his whereabouts, please let me know."

"We called Maria for an estimate.  She showed up as scheduled and gave us an estimate on the spot.  We had called four different contractors for estimates.  One never showed up and two never gave us estimates.  We scheduled the work with Maria and the experience was terrific.  She communicated with us along the way and was very professional.  Her work is impeccable.  The house was immaculate when she was finished.  Maria is a gem and we will definitely use her again.
