"Dave was so nice and compassionate, helpful, answered all my questions and went above and beyond the call of duty. My job was difficult to say the least installing a ceiling fan on a two story high living room that required Scaffolding 3 levels high and a step ladder on top of that. It was scary and nerve wracking to see him up so high and nervous he would fall and get hurt. It didn’t seem to bother him at all. He was so professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him! "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
