"I?m not very happy with the whole experience. The person who sold the project agreed to do certain things and when they showed to do the actual work, there was disagreement as to what they had agreed to. I was told that they need to hurry since they had another job in the afternoon. On top of that, they asked me for $650 more to add 2 additional sheets of plywood for my shed! I would NEVER go with these guys again. Not professional at all. Hire them at your own risk."

DON'T REPLACE, REFACE! we have found that almost 90 percent of existing deck have a solid sub structure because the sun doesn't get to it, the deck boards protect it. We can come in and inspect the sub structure and guarantee the substructure in writing and install new deck boards and railings, giving you a brand new deck for less than half the cost of a completely new deck, in fact, doing it this way most people can do a really nice composite deck and railings for the cost a of a complete pressure treated deck. "My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
