We were getting moisture in the front wall of our house that was not solved by a patching job done by another roofer. We had a new roof and new gutters installed plus chimney pointing and a cricket installed behind the chimney. The roof looks beautiful and we now have copper flashing around the chimney. Quality was excellent! Neighbors are already asking me for Mr Guzman s contact info!!!! The team was hard working and very polite and worked together very well. They left the property cleaner than it was before they came! Two workers even waited after everyone else had left for me to get paint with which they then touched up our shingles!
