"The brick on our chimney was failing, and Mr. Showecker removed the faulty brick, found new brick that matched and installed it quickly and for a reasonable price. Several years later, when we had an additional problem not related to the first project, he returned and addressed the problem at no charge. He does a great job and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. His wife Linda, who handles the business and customer service side, is quite nice and responsive too. I highly recommend these folks to anyone with a masonry issue."

"Extremely well. The owner and his employees were considerate and always concerned with our property and that of our neighbor. In a relatively small space  their creative ideas and use of colors and patterns turned an eyesore into a place we can enjoy and share with family and friends. The project was completed in four days and a pool that was in close proximity was as pristine as the day the project started. The work is hard and tedious and we greatly appreciate their patience in answering our questions and keeping us informed on their progress, and what was coming next. Good folks, fun to be around. "Sanders and Sons did an excellent job on our chimney repair. Tim was meticulous in his work and the finished product reflects that. Beyond that, his kindness and care while working in less than ideal conditions was stellar! Scaffolding had to be installed on decking and steps that our blind dog needed to use to get to the yard. Tim took extra time and used extra materials to make her a safe route out of the house. He is an absolutely lovely man to work with, and I recommend his company to anyone who needs masonry work."

"Had water damage inside house. I had 2 other contractors come out. One said tuck pointing was needed to fix the problem. Other contractor said bay window roof and flashing at the brick and siding transition needed replaced. Boss of 2nd contractor later confirmed tuck pointing was needed and the roof and flashing work was not. Joey was the third person to check out my problem and he said tuck pointing and caulking was needed. He responds very quickly to set appointments for estimates and the actual work. He did a great job. He did not replace some bricks that the other contractor was going to replace, but Joey did the job for half the price. He caulked the 2 cracked bricks to keep water out."

"I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. Richard and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish. I purchased a home a few months ago that needed serious yard work. You couldn't walk out the door without the weeds in the flower beds attacking you. Richard rearranged his schedule to meet me before work to do a walk thru and quote. After speaking with him I knew he was right for the job. They came out a few days later and worked miracles. All flower beds have been cleaned up, trees pruned, patio "de-weeded", everything edged and they even set the patio up in a cute fashion. My neighbor was so impressed she hired them to do a little job for her too! We have a wooded area that needs work that I will be having Richard and crew do next year. "This questionnaire needs updating. The work I had done isn't listed as a choice. I had them repair my chimney and they do brick and cement work like the pros used to do in the 60"s. The work was a large repair of the brick chimney and during the process I could not believe the accuracy and skill these guys possessed.They also installed a stainless steel cap on the top too. No one but this company will ever work on my house again. If you want it done right, Bone Dry. Chis, you are an artist with brick, cement and limestone. Terrific job!"
