"Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! We recently made the mistake of contracting with A&A Pronto for an update to our stair railing. They left us with no railing or balusters on our second floor (including a 2-story entryway) for over 3 weeks after they removed the existing railing without materials to complete the job. They tried convincing us to use substandard materials to get the job done sooner. They claim to be carpenters, but apparently donâ t own a saw horse. They cut all the wood on our concrete walkway which resulted in some damage to the wood. They applied stain to the hand-rails in our lawn (on a hot windy day in direct sunlight). They didnâ t apply the stain properly so it turned out looking more like paint than stain. We had to stop the job several times for poor work and specifications of the contract not being followed. They also ruined the finish on one of our interior doors after getting oil-based stain on it. Their response to our concerns was dismissive and antagonistic. This was definitely the worst home-improvement experience weâ ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. Based on our experience, you will be very disappointed if you consider A&A Pronto for any carpentry work!!!"

The job was completed by two workers in two eight hour days. I was pleased with the work a paid a handsome reward for doing what I needed. They showed up on time and communicated with me really well. Several phone calls were made answered and returned. I like someone who answers the phone. Well done guys! Thanks. We are happy with the work."
