"I met the owner of this company over three years ago. I responded to an advertising campaign that he was participating in via  local print/online newspaper company.  I knew that the back yard needed a lot of TLC which included major cleanup of leaves and old grass cuttings from years gone by.
 We agreed on the work that needed to be done which included, trimming of the front decorative spiral evergreen bushes; adding new annuals and some perennials as well.  The back yard required the aforementioned work, along with the trimming of of thick bordering green bushes that line the entire back yard.
 Between the back and front yard areas, this company provided the grounds with a much- needed makeover!!!
  The key with this company is that the owner, Wil Persons LISTENS completely to your requests and ideas.  I felt as though we were collaborating together as a team to achieve the end result that I was hoping for!  Since that time, I have hired this company intermittently for projects.
 He and his crew are very reliable and the pricing is also very competitive for the services that were complete  As a result, 1620 Property Services LLC currently provides me with b-weekly lawn maintenance.

"In one word AWESOME! The crew was perfect. They did a great job. No damage was done to my yard or any other plants/trees. Great detail work trimming branches high up in the tree tops 80+ft high. Even the branches over the house Mike knew exactly how to tie them off. He planned exactly how they would swing away from the house then they gently lowered them to the ground to prevent leaving holes in the ground from the limbs falling. They cleaned up after themselves like they were not even here. It was a pleasure working with them. I will be using you again, Thank you Anthony, you have a good crew working for you. David G. "Did a great job in repairing our deck and did it quickly."

"They were always on time and very friendly. However i am not sure they are licensed for all that they say they are. I had them install 3 water heaters I purchased from Home Depot and one of them did not work, the plumber came back out and said it was not his fault, I called the manufacturer who told me the warranty was void because a permit was not taken out for the install.  Perfection finally replaced the non-working water heater but I am now left with 3 water heaters with voided warranties because they never took out the permitst. Our basement floor is not level and we were left with a lot of the clean-up after each project. Instead of a cement truck they brought pallets of quick-rete and mixed it in our back yard using our hose and water. We were told that the old concrete patio would be removed and rebar and cement would be installed, instead they simply covered the cracked patio with a thin layer of cement. The main waste line replacement was not done correctly and caused leaking from the first floor bathroom. Everything seemed great at first, on time, on budget, and very responsive. However looking at each project now, I would not hire them again."
