"Daniel the salesman was professional and courteous. He gave a projected timeframe for our fence installation but that it could change due to weather and material. My main complaint was with the office. They were with terrible in communicating any delays to us. The saving grace was the installation team (Ryan and crew - 5 stars) their work was top notch. We have small dogs, and they took the time to make sure there were no opening's that our dogs could get out. They were able to start and finish up the same day. Our fence looks awesome and have gotten compliments from several of our neighbors. Great job......."

"Fence replacement went well. Work was completed as agreed to, appearance and quality excellent. Professional crew, excellent cleanup and haul away of old fence. Project completed mid August. End of September there is a problem with gate latch. Now phone calls have not been returned, gate latch not fixed, my rating of this company has dropped due to lack of response and follow up."

"It went great. We decided to make a couple of changes and gave Denise a call, there were no problems. The crew came out on a Thursday set all the poles then came back on Monday and put up the fence. Absolutely love this fence. I can just open the door and let the dogs out. "Three years ago Ross Services installed travertine tiles on my lanai/pool deck. They did an excellent job. Three years later, three tiles were damaged, one as a result of the repair of a pool leak. I called Brandon at Ross Services and explained the problem. Within a reasonable period of time Brandon got back to me and gave me a time that the repair would be done. The repair was completed by a gentleman name Brian, who did an excellent job. Much to my surprise there was no charge for this repair and service call.
