They cleaned up the surrounding area of debris that was removed, protected surrounding homes from the spray foam that was used. They were prompt and came when they were scheduled. "When I came to Angie’s list to get a quote on the roof repair I received several calls from multiple contractors. Those that came out told me I needed to replace the entire underlayment on a roof that was less than 10 years old. Prices were $17-$20,000. when Desert Sun came out, they were upfront, honest, and refreshing. He told me I did not need to replace the entire underlayment and had at least three years left on it. For less than 1/8 of the price the other companies wanted to charge me. Then after all the work was done I asked how much would it have been to replace the underlayment for the entire roof and his price was still thousands less than the other companies. Now I have time to save over the next year because I will definitely be calling them back to do the full repair when the time comes."

I couldnt get an answer from anyone I talked to during the job. I paid the bill under duress under threat of a lien. The estimate was 11700 , the final bill came in at over 17000. I am in my 70s in poor health . I am having a hard time with this, Update, I received a letter today of notice of a lien."
