"September 18, 2024 All About Roofing LLC, Just wanted to let you know that on July 14th, there was a horrible storm that went through Tucson and left our roof damaged. Gilbert Galindo was here on our street checking out other roofs that were also damaged on our street. It was after 5 and he was right there taking care of all the neighbors that had roof damage. We gave him all the necessary information that was required to get the process started and Gilbert said not to worry, that his company would take care of the process to get the insurance company, etc. going to get our roof taken care of. Every time we had a question or wanted to know the progress, I contacted Gilbert and he answered our questions without a problem. He has been extremely courteous and pleasant every time we have contacted him. He informed us, plus the office, of when the process would begin. From getting our solar panels removed, to the roof being replaced, and then the re-installation of the solar panels. He was here checking on the progress of the roof installation on September 12th and answered more of our questions. On Friday, the 13th, the solar panel re-installation began and the first set of panels we originally had installed a few years ago, would not come on line. The second set of panels came on line right away. The lead installer said that he could not get the panels started again, so I asked him if someone else would be coming out to try to get them started. He did not know when that would happen. He said maybe the next week. Not being satisfied with that answer, I called Gilbert and told him what was going on. He said he would call the company and he told me that he told them to get a team out here sooner, rather than later. Gilbert called me back and they said a new team would be here on the 17th between 1pm and 4pm. They showed up around 10:30am and got started. Come to find out that a couple of the connections were not completed correctly. The new team got the first set of panels working right away after they found the problem. I let Gilbert know that the panels were finally working and he was extremely pleased. Gilbert is an awesome representative of your company. In my view, he goes the extra mile to get the work done and done properly. The employees getting the old roof off and getting the new roof on were excellent in doing their job as well. Please thank them again for all their hard work on a hot day. We would recommend your company to anyone needing a new roof or roof repairs. Thank you again. Terry and Michael"

"I chose Arizona Roofers to replace the shingle roof on my home in Payson, AZ, and to remove/reinstall the solar panels. Every phase, from start to finish, was executed flawlessly and exceeded all of my expectations. Arizona Roofers did it all and the entire experience could not have been better! On my first phone call to Arizona Roofers, an appointment with Cole, the roofing specialist, was made. He arrived exactly on time and he expertly drew up an exacting plan for my new roof. Numerous emails and conversations with office staff kept me fully informed as to the status of the project and the night before the start date, Ben, the project manager, phoned and explained how the roofing project would be handled and answered all of my questions. The crew showed up on time and finished the job the same day, and did an amazing job of cleaning up. The entire job went exactly as planned, and it is so nice to know that competence and professionalism still exist."

"JR Roofing did an excellent job from beginning to end. The honest, straight-forward bid was accompanied by photos of problemed areas. Their proposal was based on a do it right the first time philosophy, and they still provide a warranty. Pricing was competitive. Communication was quick and reliable. They did everything my HOA required. The roof itself was completed very quickly once the tiles were delivered. It was beautifully done. I would recommend JR Roofing to anyone and I would use them again."

"We had roof storm damage from the Monsoon this summer. German roofing was the best bid to replace the entire roof, and had the best warranty as well. Manuel, Dianna, Lu, and the installers were great. Good communication via email and phone calls. We are very pleased with the final outcome, and the roof looks fantastic. Thank you all!"

"We called Sierra Vista Roofing after seeing all the great reviews and witnessing their work first-hand at a neighborâ s house. Jose was a great rep answering all questions and thoroughly going over details of our job for underlayment replacing, removing and replacing all tiles. He checked in each day. Crew was very friendly and hard-working. Our entire yard was cleaned after each work day. We recommend Sierra Vista Roofing and Jose and crew highly. Extremely happy with the results and price!!"

"Don't hire just any roofer Trying to hire a quality roofing company takes time. Between phone calls, meetings, research, and quotes, a lot of your valuable time is taken away. When my roof started leaking, I made exhaustive phone calls, researched reporting bureau's, contacted Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and spoke with a dozen contractors. I was so glad, after all my hard work I came across Glenn, with "Above and Beyond Roofing" My experience with "Above and Beyond" Roofing was exceptional, from my estimate to the completion of the job. Glenn was professional in every sense of the word. Glenn came out to my residence, gave my roof a thorough inspection, and provided me with photos and a written estimate of the work that needed to be completed. I had several other estimates however, "Above and Beyond" was the only roofing Company that took the time to answer all my questions, provide a thorough and complete diagnosis of the issues with my roof, and work with my schedule to get the job done. I highly recommend "Above and Beyond" if you want quality craftsmanship for your roofing project."
