"Best Roofer Ever! Just had our cement tile roof replaced on our home. All About Roofing did an excellent job. I have built over 6 million sf of buildings and have never had a roofing company do as well as All About Roofing. The experience was great from the beginning to completion. Our sales/project manager was very responsive. After my inquiry, he came to inspect promptly and promptly gave us our estimate, itemized list of services and agreement. He did this before the other 2 companies I got proposals from even responded to do an inspection. I once woke up in the middle of the night thinking about a question, sent the question by text at 2 am and received a response 20 minutes later. The roof was 25 years old with a crumbling tar paper vapor barrier and many broken tiles, which is why we decided to replace everything. They started on time as scheduled. The crew as excellent â hard working, professional, knowledgeable and attentive to detail. The vapor barriers proposed were much better than traditional tar paper. We picked the reflective radiant vapor barrier. The crew removed our old tile in a few hours â over 3,900 sf of roof. Before placing the vapor barrier, they tested every piece of decking, molding and fascia to make sure the wood was sound and no nails or splinters were protruding. They replaced several pieces of wood as needed and all ridge boards. The vapor barrier, penetration and perimeter flashing and tile was placed without incident. The crew cleaned up the yard and driveways at the end of every day instead of only at the end of the project. Our neighbors noticed the care and productivity of the crew and stop to remark about what a good job they were doing. Several asked for their contact information. I do not hesitate to recommend All About Roofing. We had no prior experience or any kind of relationship with them or their staff."

Their proposal was based on a do it right the first time philosophy, and they still provide a warranty. Pricing was competitive. Communication was quick and reliable. "I met Glenn at the home show and scheduled an appointment a few days for him to come out an give me a quote on replacing the underlayment on my tile roof.  Glenn showed up on time, was prepared and professional.  Glenn told me he would have the quote to me by the end of the week, which was appreciated because I had an active roof leak from the recent downpour of rain we just got.  Unfortunately Glenn did not provide me with the quote by the end of the week and it took an extra 7 days (10 days after the site visit) to get the quote.  The quote was not unreasonable and it would have been an extremely strong contender to get my patronage but I ended up going with another company that provided me with an acceptable bid in a reasonable amount of time.  I would not hesitate to call Glenn again in hopes he could provide the quote a little faster.

This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .
