"Chris was able to meet within the price agreed upon. He was also prompt in answering my concerns or questions. Everyhting went well until railing installment time. It caused such huge headaches and the job (the railing part) was shoddy at best even after repeated fixes. I was at my wit's end and finally told Chris to finish painting and be done with the project. Fortunately, Chris was very persistent in making it right by fixing the problem himself. I would give him an A alone for his efforts to attempt to make me happy in the end. Would I use his service again in the future? Not if he still use the same people who installed the railings. I also think that he might have taken too many jobs that he seemed to be unorganized with his people.  <br />"

"It was very difficult finding anyone who repairs glass block. I found Robertson Glass Block on Angie's List. I called and was called back the next day. The following day Brian came out to look at the windows in question. He told me he would be able to match the block. It took awhile to get the bid, but when I did, it was within my expectations, so I hired them to do the work. They completely replaced the window in the shower, adding waterproof backing. They took one of the blocks from the old window and used it to replace a cracked one in the larger window over the bathtub. They also regrouted the window over the bath. All in all I was very pleased with their work and definitely would hire them again."

",There is the rare occasion that I wish there was an "A+" option on Angies list, Brian deserves it and then some.  He knew exactly what I wanted before I even told him my whole "vision."  I purchased a new home that was already built and wanted to do some remodeling.  It's always a risk hiring any contractor, but I felt at ease with Brian immediately and his experience through the questions he asked me was clear. He had good thoughts to add or enhance what I wanted.  He finished the work on a tight deadline, the work was nothing less than OUTSTANDING, the communication was excellent.  Do not hire anyone else, hire Brian. <br />"
