"Ken Ortega repaired and painted the exterior of our twenty year old stucco home. What impressed us most about Ken is that he is a man of integrity. He takes the quality of his work seriously. The repair work included patching where the stucco had degraded and filling the natural occurring line of cracks in the walls that have developed over the last twenty years. Ken took his time and when finished both the patch work and crack filling matched perfectly with the original stuccoâ s integrity. He didnâ t scrimp on the quality of exterior paint, which was Sherwin Williams exterior latex paint. He did not thin down the paint. The result is a home that not only looks â new,â but when it rains, unlike other stucco homes in the area, there are no soaked stucco sides. The quality of paint Ken uses repels any moisture absorption. Ken does one project at a time. We signed a contract with him in January. It took him until May to get to us. It was well worth the wait. "The Paint Doctor painted our exterior home and shed. Between power washing, prep, and paint, it was only 3 days total of work (with some days between washing and prep.) The crew was professional and did a great job! Joe was very available for questions and other communications. The quoted price was excellent and was more affordable than we expected. Overall, we're very happy with both the experience and result!"

"The owner and I discussed the paint job and I told him we just had new vinyl floors installed in the 3 bedrooms and the floors needed to be covered. The floors were only covered with a drop cloth against the walls. There were small paint splatters in the middle of the rooms in the area not covered. Let me say I was not happy. The painters should have covered the whole rooms as they were empty of furniture. The painters rolled on the paint for the most part but the little splatters of paint that comes from the nap of the rollers was not considered. It ended up on the new vinyl floor."

"The work done in 2015 went well. The crew showed up on time and did a great job. We had installed a standard leaf guard, but the flow of water was still too great for this particular gutter, and it overflowed. The owner came out, and swapped out the leaf guard with a "gutter brush" this keeps the leaves out, but allows the water to flow into the gutter. He did this free of charge. In 2017, the crew again showed up on time and did a great job. They noticed that one of the gutters needed some paint touch up and did that without me asking them to do it. Great service! We will always use JB Masters for our gutter needs."

"I cannot say enough good things about Milton and the crew at Peachtree. We noticed a leak from our roof on a Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon, Milton had come to the house, taken photos, inspected the leak, and had us on a path to repair. By the following Monday, the roof was patched--at no up front cost to us-- and Nick, the adjuster, was taking care of scheduling with USAA for the insurance inspection. The rest of the process went smoothly as everything was handled by the Peachtree crew. I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company at all, though we were kept in the loop and we saw all the inspection reports. Peachtree advocated for our whole roof to be replaced as repair would have been inadequate. They also upgraded some hardware items (pipe boots) at no charge as our original ones had also led to damage inside the house. Speaking of that, Nick was able to have the inside damage caused by the boots repaired and paid for as well even though we hadn’t noticed it initially. Both exterior and interior repairs were carried out on schedule and we are pleased with the results. Milton was onsite during both days of the roof job to answer questions and oversee the progress. I would highly recommend Milton and his team. I am pleased with how easy the process was on my side and our house looks great."

"I received Mike's name from a friend after two horrible experiences with local painters. The house had been painted, but wasn't completely finished. The first painters had left a mess, along with an incomplete job. I was hiring a painter, but I also needed a painter that could correct the mistakes made by another company, which is often more work. Mike walked the property and was very thorough (and very honest!) in his appraisal of what needed to be addressed and how he would correct the work. We received two other estimates, and although Mike wasn't the lowest (or the highest), we liked him instantly and felt confident that his appraisal was spot-on, along with his ability to get the job done. We provided a deposit for materials prior to the beginning of the job. Mike did an amazing job in just four short days: one day to prep/wash the house, one day to spray the body of the house, one day to paint the trim, and the last day to finish the front and back door as well as the necessary touch ups. He was timely and efficient. If he was running late (only happened once), he texted to let us know when he'd arrive. When the job was finished, he cleaned up the materials and our property, made sure the extra paint was secure, and didn't leave until he knew we were satisfied. We will hire Mike again in the future!"
