They bagged and removed all the old insulation, sanitize the attic, and rodent proof the home from outside and inside. They were very professional & easy to work with."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."

"Every phase of the project went smoothly and professioally. . FSBD provided a 3-D rendering of the project and then once we agreed upon size and color, they handles all the parperwork with both our HOA and the county. Contruction went without a hitch and at the end of every day, the crew cleaned up the worksite and made certain we knew was was planed for the new day. Upon completion, there was an issue with 2 of the boards not matching the exact color of the others. FSBD immediately contacted Timbertech and arranged for 2 new boards to be shipped which they installed the day after the replacements arrived. We also contracted for a front step handrail which matches our house perfectly and provides added safety to our home. Since then many of our neighbors have stopped by to see the deck and have also chosen FSBD to build decks for them. All have said the projects are going as planned and they all are equally satisfied with FSBD"

"John and his crew do excellent work at very fair prices. I first met John in 2021 to get a roof estimate and he advised waiting (if the roof wasn’t leaking), since the price of wood was crazy right after Covid. That told me right there I found an honest roofing company. Fast forward to 2025, I decided it was definitely time to replace my 33+ year old roof and reached out to John again. His estimate was about half the estimate I got from a national home improvement company. The estimate consisted of a complete re-roof of the house and 2 car garage, new soffits and fascia, new siding on one side of the house, and new larger 6K seamless gutters. I was happy that I didn’t have to pay any deposits upfront. John broke the project down into several stages to be done on separate days as materials came in. No money was needed until the day the crew showed up to start the work for that particular job. Their work was fast, well executed and I highly recommend them without hesitation. "
