"Clearing and installation of sod grass was fairly straightforward. 3600 sq ft with new irrigation system was completed with no glitch. Lawn has now been in a month and covered with nutsedge. In case you don?t know, that?s an invasive weed. Lawn is too young to treat it so just have wait until it goes dormant and treat it next spring. ( while it builds strength all winter) Should have gotten at least two more estimates."

"These guys worked almost all night to get get the job done. The laid pvc pipe so when we back wash the pool the water no longer drains in our backyard. It drains down the front yard under the sidewalk into the street and down the sewer. They laid rock and sod were water eroded my backyard and now my yard us is Beatiful again thanks to Marvin and his crew. I would hire them again ."

A week (and thousands of dollars) later I knew he was struggling because nothing seemed done so I started looking for a different landscaper. Hector was quick to respond and came to the house on the same day. He gave me his initial thoughts and the estimate came the following day. He and his crew had the bulk of the work done in a day and went the extra mile to add finishing touches that improved on what I was envisioning. The end result was someth even better than I envisioned. He also cleaned up all the fallen leaves (unfortunately that’s a daily struggle as you can tell in the pictures)."
