"Decks Decks Decks built my 8’ x 22’ wood deck in September 2019. The deck is extremely well-constructed and feels extremely solid. The craftsmanship is also excellent. They took time to notch all the posts and also put a lovely perpendicular board in the middle of the flooring where the 16’ boards meet the 6’ boards. It’s a really attractive feature and makes the deck stand out. They were very good at communicating and more than happy to have input about the design of the deck throughout the process. They always asked how I would prefer something to be when there was more than one option. I also had a slightly complicated situation as some of the panels on the back of my house above the deck needed to be replaced due to previous water damage, and Decks Decks Decks brought in a master carpenter to do the work. The repaired area looks even better than it did before. They took care of all the paperwork with the borough and arranged for all the inspections, which I appreciated since I certainly didn’t know what was required. I am so pleased with the quality of my deck and have gotten so many compliments from neighbors. It really enhances my house and I know I got really professional, high-quality work. They were also really tidy and did not leave any mess behind—I never found coffee cups or trash or anything else one usually finds on a construction site. I highly recommend Decks Decks Decks."

The job turned out to be somewhat challenging (years of silt had settled at the bottom of two drain pipes), but they cleaned them out and just kept going. "the coming out and inspection of area was great and they sent the original quote in an agreeable, if not a little slow, time. however they missed one item of estimate which they corrected. however, when I requested they split the two room I was told they would but they never came at the agreed time. i called several times as i needed for the insurance, the price seemed reasonable and i was going to use, the person denied he agreed to re-quote each room on its own and told me unless i paid i was not receiving any quote. i am actually relieved, u think i dodged a horrible situation. i cannot recommend however it would not be fair to advise against using the company, as i think the paperwork and not the repair work is what they are lacking."
