"Brad Loy was recommended to me by a neighbor.  Apparently Mr. Loy was the builder of my neighbor's house.  My neighbor has had nothing but good things to say about Brad Loy since I met him about 6 months ago now.  I purchased my house back in August of 2013.  It has been vacant for approximately 5 years.  During this time, coupled with the age of the house a plumbing league developed over our foyer.  It caused unsightly black mold that became visible throught the wall board.  When I poked at the area with a broom handle I created a hole in the ceiling.  With concerns about a reputable contractor I asked my neighbor for a recommendation.  Upon recommendation I contacted Mr. Loy concerning a small job involving the repair to the ceiling in my foyer.  Mr. Loy arrived on time as we agreed on to do the work.  He quickly masked off the ceiling, put canvas down on the floor, plastic up around the work area and got to work.  He emphasized his desire to not allow any airborne particles to escape into my home as a result of his work.  I was impressed with the time that he spent to insure he had in essence created a bubble within my foyer to work, capturing the deteriorated wallboard, and black mold that he carefully removed.  After the removal process he cut out new wallboard, taped and plastered the repaired area.  He pointed out that he was using special plaster to match my existing ceiling texture.  I discovered through our conversation that he has 28 years of experience as a bulider and has done many similar jobs over the years.  When completed he made sure to clean up & remove all debris that was generated by the work that he had done.  I was extremely satisfied with the final product, Brad's professionalism, his polite manner, costs, etc.   I would highly recommend him to others when in need of a builder or for repairs. <br /> <br /> <br />"

They really explained our system to us and what we should expect from this system. They also monitor our system as well. We haven't had any problems with false alarms. They do charge us every three months for service."
