"We met the contractor in the spring for him to survey the job and provide an estimate. He was highly recommended by others in our neighborhood. He provided an estimate but was unable to predict precisely when he would be able to do the job; he indicated a wait of about 4 months. We decided to wait for him because he had been highly recommended. Eventually, the contractor started the job in late August. His crew was dilgent and professional.
