"Mgr Jeffrey offered free estimate next morning. Had two outdoor hoses were unable remove from hose bibs; were seized on. afraid needed new hose bibs! BG sent tech Joseph Lopez who was professional, knowledgeable & personable. After assessing bibs advised cost for removal of hoses and/or to install new bibs. i gave the go ahead to do his best to remove hoses! noted he consciously covered his shoes when coming through home from front to back yards. He patiently & carefully tried a few removal methods including the spray/wrench we had tried. He was finally able to remove them by carefully using a hack saw! He also installed a new hose connecting part on ea bib w/new threads that are guaranteed 2 yrs. It was third of the price new bibs would have cost! We so appreciated the extra conscientious efforts Joseph Lopez made to repair the hose bibs giving us excellent results at economical price! "This crew (Josh and Nate) arrived promptly as scheduled. Explained how the light would be installed and how it would look (centered/height etc.). As it was one of over 90 degree days, I offered them something cold to drink (ice tea). When I came back in the installers had put carboard down and placed the glasses so that they would not leak on the counter. After installation, everything was swept up and the counter was wiped down. We have had this company work on a generator install and propane line hook up for our stove some time back. The were as pleasant, courteous and showed concern that we were satisfied with every move. I would only want Josh and Nate for furture work!"

"Recently, purchased a new home and was not happy with the air flow from the hvac system. Two field techs came out to look at my 20 year old system and found that the ductwork was improperly installed creating an airflow problem within the entire house. A new ductwork system was designed, adding a 2nd zone and a bypass trunk to the system. The 5 person crew arrived first thing in the morning, evaluated the system and got right to work. Before I knew it the old system was removed and the new system was being installed. Originally, I was told that it could take 2 days to remove and install the new system, but the crew did the entire job in 12 hours! Yes, they crew as onsite until 9:00 PM! The newly installed system was designed for my specific attic space and the new design makes far more sense and will provide a better flow of air throughout the home with the addition of the second zone.
