"Working with Justin was truly a dream. He helped us change a small uneven backyard to a level hardscape which was important to us as we are in our sixties. Justin helped us scale down (in a good way because of our 20x27 back yard) our dreams to fit our backyard. The electronic gate really helped our backyard to become almost twice as large. We also had French drains installed to help keep our hardscape more dry. We have a concrete stamped covered area, an open stamped concrete area, and two side yards that are now small stones. It is absolutely perfect and I would definitely ask Justin to be our representative again."

"The Tile-n-all team was great. Previously I’d contracted out the remodel of my primary bathroom to a different team. At the time I was not aware of Tile-n-all and unfortunately the team chosen did a sloppy job. Due to the work the other company did, I was forced to have the slope of my shower floor redone given the standing water left after each shower. The Tile-n-all team was professional in their services and recommendations. I felt confident in their knowledge and the number of positive reviews. I decided to contract the work for my full guest bathroom out to them as well. The team did a phenomenal job. They arrived between 9am-10am each day and worked diligently until 6pm-7pm each night. They were thorough, consultative and all around nice people. I would definitely hire them again (and I plan to)."

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."
