"I was disappointed that the company sent out two different crews to do the work especially because the charged me 130 just to ignite my water heater which needed to be done along with installing the shut off value. Then they wanted to charge me 250 for a shut off value, which is outrageous and another 250 to install a new faucet outside. again outrageous. I may have been able to overlook that if they had saved me the 130 to ignite the water heater. but they didn't. So I decided to find a more reasonable plumbing company to do the other projects."

"Partridge plumbing, Shane, is absolutely amazing. I have had multiple plumbers over last few years and had price gouging to no-shows. Shane is fabulous! During winter freeze i had 13 pipes split. Shane showed up within a day and had me up and running in less than 3 hrs!! He communicated until he arrived with ETA and was prompt returning once had insulation material. "Bob was terrific. Each tub required 2 trips each. Bob was here 4 days in a row finishing on a Saturday. Work was excellent and he was happy to explain service and do any added finishing or buffing that we requested. He removed a shower door which he quoted at $50, but did not charge us because it was so easy to remove. I would recommend Bob to everyone. <br />"

"Strain Plumbing installed a new 40gal gas water heater and got us up to code, and removed the 15 year old one. Our water heater sits in an inside hallway closet next to our A/C unit, and it's a tight fit. In total, we got a bid from 3 plumbing companies, including Strain, and decided to go with them since they offered the best price (almost $300 less than the next bid). The installers, Alex and Jeremiah, were friendly and knowledgeable. We were very pleased that they had no trouble removing the old water heater from the tight-fit closet (since the other companies we got bids from mentioned we would have to either A) call an A/C company to move our furnace/AC unit over half a foot or B) take the door frame off the closet in order to get the old water heater out and new one in). They got us up to code which included installing drip pan and tying it into AC unit drain pipe, installed new cold and hot water valves, gas supply shut off valve, and flue. We passed inspection 3/02 with no issues. Overall, we were very pleased with their service and price, and will definitely use them again in the future! <br />"

"We chose Home Front Renovations for our small 5’x 9’ bathroom remodel after meeting with several contractors and doing a lot of research online. Michael listened to what we wanted and was readily available to us as we had more questions. Project included removing a wall and fir-down enclosing the shower, tearing out a concrete shower seat, relocating vanity light and shower controls, bringing a sunken shower up to floor level, installing shower walls with a recessed niche, shower light, low profile shower base, fold-down shower seat and top-rolling sliding glass shower door, adding large recessed medicine cabinet, new vanity light and quartz vanity top, lighted vent fan, removing popcorn ceiling, adding new texture, repainting ceiling, walls and vanity, installing new toilet and all accessories. Manny, Ernie, and J.R. did a superb job with the installation. They were very polite and respectful of us and our home. Because the crew spoke only English communication was easy and thorough. Our remodeled bathroom is now more efficient. It looks and feels more open with fewer barriers to movement. We are very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to use Home Front Renovations again."
