"Brian Cabrera and crew came to the house without a wheelbarrow or other adequate tools. They used the wrong-sized and wrong-colored retaining wall blocks. They used fill dirt instead of clean gravel as fill behind the wall. The wall is not straight, was not installed properly, and now encroaches on the neighbors property. They added to the price of the job without good justification. They did a terrible job on the landscaping and the fence. The fence is currently crooked and unfinished. I had to pay someone else to have the wall partially re-done. They left it partially completed for several weeks. It was a nightmare. I basically paid them to go away. Do NOT hire these people!"

"Jake was quick to submit a detailed bid which included a breakdown of pricing, renders and handling of permits. He had great communication and addressed any questions I had throughout entire the process from beginning to end. He worked with me to come up with a design that totally transformed the look and function of the back deck: from layout of the boards, railings, placement of stairs, entry/exit, lighting, there is a nice balance and symmetry with lots of thoughtful touches and consideration to the flow and use of the spaces. Some of the finished detailing is above and beyond what I was expecting. The end result is much nicer than I could have imagined. Jake and his team were thorough, communicative, professional, and left the spaces clean upon completion of the project. The rear of the house now looks amazing. I highly recommend them and hope to use their services again."

Over the last 8 years we have had our cedar fence replaced, an IPE deck installed, new side fence and fence gate installed and new vertical skirting installed around our deck. We don't call anyone else. Besides the wonderful project outcome, Todd is one of the nicest , honest and hard working person you will ever have the pleasure of working with."

"We recently expanded a deck, added a patio cover, and are putting a hot tub underneath this second floor deck. There was a concrete patio below the existing deck and we wanted to match that, w/ reinforcement for a hot tub. We got a couple bids for the job. Danny was the estimator that came out for Forest and he seemed knowledgeable and was punctual and professional. It was not the cheapest bid, but the company is much more well established than a couple others we consulted so I put more trust in their work. Rigo is the guy we needed to work with on scheduling etc. for concrete work. This was a little rocky at first, but that had a lot to do with us needing to postpone the start till our deck was done, but then also work around a vacation we'd be taking, and make sure the concrete had enough time to cure before our hot tub is dropped. Despite a slight language barrier, we worked it out and even managed to get it done ahead of when we originally scheduled it. Punctuality is impressive with these guys. For 3 days they were waiting outside our house to start at 7:30am precisely. They had to remove a portion of fence and work around some foliage for access. They ended up encountering an unexpected drainage tube of some kind while digging and made sure to create an access point for us if it's ever needed in the future. The concrete looks great and matches our old patio so well, it's hard to tell they weren't poured together. Danny and I (and later Rigo) discussed treating the old concrete to help the matching. At the end of the work they did a great job of cleaning up the area and returning everything to normal. Rigo also helped us by showing us how to remove the fence portion for when our hot tub is delivered and left the top cap off because he said we'd really struggle to get it off if they put it back. I'm happy with the work, communication, and cleanup and trust if there are any problems I will be able to get them resolved. If we have further landscape needs in the future I will def be calling Forest for a bid."
