I wasn't sure if Maids & More would be able to accommodate since it was a short notice job for a BIG house. They not only were able to do it, but also completed the job extremely efficiently & exceeded every expectation. Jim & the 4 ladies who cleaned my home were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and their pricing is great as well. Highly recommend...will be setting up recurring service with them in the near future!!"

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."
