The workmanship was excellent so we accepted their bid to reconstruct the patio behind the house and build a walkway in the side garden. Once again the workmanship was excellent, from the removal of the old patio to the establishment of a superior base and the design and meticulous installation of a three-piece paver pattern. "Eddie and Simon were extremely responsive, professional, competitively priced and did outstanding work. We're renovating our home and my existing front steps were the original stones from 1923. The mortar was cracked and trapping water against the house causing water damage. Further they simply looked very dated. I called Eddie and Simon who stopped by my house within 24 hours. They reviewed the job, detailed what needed to be done and quoted me a price on site. They even said, "if you don't like the work we do, don't pay me." That was some guarantee!
