Even though the installation was on the third floor, Alex insisted in cutting the product in the first floor garage to keep the dust and debris to a minimum. "I used Floor It Today after seeing what fantastic work they did on a friend's extensive remodeling. I had my master-bath, walk-in shower re-tiled, roman bath tub replaced, granite counter tops put in master-bath and 2 bathrooms, along with all hardware fixtures. To replace shower trim in 2 extra bathrooms, the walls had to be cut opened, as I was not replacing tiles in those bathrooms. To look at the walls now, one cannot even tell there was a hole. "Alex performed the work in a timely manner. My wood floor, however, has many cracks in sealant. When the wood floor was stripped, sanded, and resealed the A/C had been off for a month. After turning on the A/C for several weeks, the floor contracted leaving many gaps. I'm pretty sure this is not the fault of Alex but I would advise other persons to consider this problem when hiring someone to refinish wood floors."
