"Excellent. The Driver, Roberto was very punctual. Whenever he gave me a time of when he would be coming to either pickup the car or deliver the car, he was very punctual almost to the minute. "The job went more smoothly than I expected. We had to replace our front door, as well as the surrounding framing and the sill underneath do to water damage. The extent of the damage couldn't really be determined until they got into it and had removed the existing door and flooring inside, and turned up to be a little worse than hoped, which was communicated to us immediately, along with what needed to be done to repair and that it would be an additional cost. They also had to remove the vinyl siding around the door, and the electrical outlet nearby, noted the corrosion in the electrical box and replaced that as well. On both the inside and outside it is better than the original installation. Start to Finish the Job took 5 working days, although the last two days were minimal, only extended because of replacing the tile that had to be removed, and allowing it time to cure before walking on. The guys were professional and friendly and not a disruption to our busy life with kids. We're very pleased with the job, and will call Eric Higgins for additional work in the future."

"I was very pleased with the work.  The repair I asked for was more complicated, detailed, and different from what was there before, but I was able the work it out with Rick, the carpenter that came.  My only problem was getting someone to the house. After making the appointment several weeks in advance, the first appointment was delayed a week.  Then, the next appointment was delayed another week.  When someone did arrive, I was not happy. But all was soon forgotten, when Rick did such a splendid job, all in one day. <br />"

"Like the other three jobs we have had Erik and his crew do, it went very well. We have a second house on the property. It is considered a pool house. We had the bathroom redone, had them add a door from the pool into the bathroom. They tore it out, put it back together with a terra-cotta tile. This job included the laundry room adjacent to the bathroom and the small covered patio that leads to the pool. Great job looked wonderful as expected. Great guys."
