The estimator arrived on time, completed an inspection and told me to check e-mail that afternoon for the estimate. The estimate came through in a couple of hours and I accepted the terms. The repair team was here the next day and completed repairs in a timely manner. I will hire 1stop Roofing again when needed. A pleasant experience overall."

"I recommend Taylor Roofing. Mr. Taylor is your contact person and he knows what he's doing. My understanding is that he's been in business for a very long time, and many of his workers have been with him for years. He was very helpful with picking the right color, and he had other suggestions for things I had not thought of. I asked for and received 3 or 4 estimates back in the early spring, and then another 3 this winter. Of those 6 or 7 quotes, Mr. Taylor impressed me the most, with the added bonus of his price being the most reasonable. Two or three of the quotes were very close to being the same, so my decision came down to who I thought was most likely to do the best job. The work was done quickly and professionally, and my new roof looks great. I had short interactions with a couple of his workers, and they impressed me as knowledgeable and hard working. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and the price I paid."

I requested that they drive their truck onto boards in the lawn to prevent making ruts in the soft lawn, which they did, even though I had to provide several of the boards. The only reason the quality was not an "A" was the vinyl siding that they removed and reattached. The siding job was effective but pretty ugly and not terribly professional. All in all, I would use them again. <br />"

He came prepared to perform a thorough inspection of the roof, took measurements and showed us a variety of samples both in small 3x3" squares and in larger examples of about 18x18'. <br /> Mike was very pleasant to deal with, patient and courteous. I was happy that the estimate did not include a pushy sales pitch for extras. Mike is an ardent advocate of the polartec underlayment, but when we advised that we were not interested the sales pitch stopped. <br /> We were pleased with the speed of the crew and the care they took in cleaning up both during and after the job. Mike regularly returned to the job site to check on the progress of the crew and to ask us if everything was going ok. He took before, during and after photos that were provided to us. <br /> We chose the architectural variety of shingles from Tamko's Heritage group and had ridge vents added.
