"I cannot say enough about Pro Roofing NW! Max is the best! He came out and gave us a thorough estimate and addressed all of our concerns and had solutions for every curveball we through his way. This included installing a cowling for a future wood stove in the roof during its replacement. All the staff I talked with throughout the process were nothing but amazing and kind. Gutter install went without a hitch as well, and the installer was very accommodating to our needs and requests. Wonderful company ran by great people. Highly recommend!!!"

"From start to finish, Patriot Roofing performed brilliantly! Kraig Perry provided the original estimate, which proved to be fair, accurate, and was given without any kind of sales pressure or attempt to "upsell". The contract and financing options were also clear and detailed. When it came to the actual installation, Production Manager Larry Smith did an excellent job keeping us informed of minor delays, and helped coordinate de-confliction with an ongoing fence project. When the project began, Crew Chief Charlie proved to be a talented professional. He and his team worked hard, fast, and smart, and the results turned out even better than we expected. The day after the roof/insulation/vent work was completed, the gutter installation team arrived, and finished in one day. I didn't write down the names of the two-person crew who installed the custom gutters, but the two of them (a woman and a man) were also exceptionally professional and competent. Nicest looking and highest-quality gutters this home has ever had! All additions to the original contract price were clearly communicated; there were no surprises. There still are a couple of items remaining to be completed, most notably replacing the rusted furnace vent pipe, which will be handled by an HVAC specialist. One minor issue occurred when the water heater vent pipe was reinstalled; it was dislocated at the water heater, and so was venting directly into the laundry room. When my wife discovered this late on a Friday afternoon (of Labor Day weekend), I sent an email to the @customer-service address, and received a response by phone within 30 minutes. Steve Campbell promised that a repair would happen that evening. Even though no specialists were available, the Patriot Roofing Production Manager assigned to monitor final completion, Eberardo Alarcon, responded himself, evaluated the situation, explained what needed to be done, and fixed the vent pipe within a few minutes! It's this kind of customer service which distinguishes Patriot Roofing from its competition. Two very minor things for improvement: There were a bunch of roofing nails left on the driveway and dog kennel; (We did a thorough search after the roofing crew departed.) Also, we provided about 3/4 of a gallon of exterior house paint for the couple of new wooden eave vents, but the remaining paint hasn't been returned. We're going to need that to paint the replacement sheathing under the eaves, and/or do a color match. Aside from those very minor issues, we have only great things to say about Patriot Roofing; I've already recommended this company to several friends who are planning to re-roof this Fall."

"Absolutely excellent experience. Near Me Roofing Company and team did a great job on replacing shingles and eaves. Great quality materials, worked hard and fast and left everything clean. Princing on par with others; highly recommended."

"Excellent job and customer service. Worked with Will Ytsma at RoofSmart to find the best roofing options for my budget. He did a great job narrowing down the roofing options to best meet my needs. Andrew, Omar and Pedro all helped to keep the project moving forward. They removed the old torch down roof with built in gutters (terrible 1960s design for Seattle area) and installed a new asphalt shingle roof with ice and water underlayment and new gutters and downspouts. Looks great and will last decades. No more worries about the old roof and maintenance. I highly recommend RoofSmart for service, professionalism and overall value. They do the job right!"

"Great experience, Final cost was actually less than the estimate as I didn't need any sub roof work. Replaced shingles, vents, skylights. Great job, looks amazing, great communication!"

"Thanks to Alex, Johnny, Fidel and crew for making our roof replacement non-eventful. Start to finish they were professional and provided us constant updates and recommendations to make our project successful."

"Our home siding replacement, roof/gutter replacement went very well from the first contact. There was no hard sell and we were given an extremely competitive bid. Timothy gave us very detailed explanations of every aspect of the removal and installation of the siding, roof, gutters and 2 skylights, answering every question we had in layman's terms. We received weekly schedule updates until they moved in and began work on the siding. Despite beginning in February, a cold and extremely wet season, it didn't slow them down. The guys that installed our siding were great! They were very proficient and took their work seriously. They were also thoughtful about consulting us about our preferences related to minor finishing details. They worked safely and kept a very clean worksite, cleaning up after themselves each day. Amber was our contact at their home office and she called us every day to ask if we had any questions or concerns. Fortunately, we had none since it all went so smoothly and like clockwork. The only unfortunate issue that occurred during our project was the lockdown and quarantine due to Covid-19. Northern Pacific Exteriors bent over backwards to get our projects completed before the lockdown, even by bringing in extra workers to complete the roof. We are so thankful for that! It is very apparent that everyone we worked with at Northern Pacific Exteriors takes pride in the product and workmanship they provide. We are very grateful for their professional, friendly and honest service. Our thanks to Timothy, Amber, Jose, Juan and Daniel. We highly recommend Northern Pacific Exteriors. "If I could give 1000 stars, I would!!! Tommy is hands down the best! He replaced my entire roof and did an absolutely incredible job. From start to finish, he was so professional, honest, and fair. His crew was amazing?hardworking, respectful, and clearly experienced. The roof looks stunning, and I couldn?t be happier with how everything turned out. I?m honestly sad I can only give 5 stars because Tommy deserves way more. Thank you so much, Tommy, for making this such a smooth and beautiful transformation!"

"I highly recommend Mr. Roof to replace your roof. Paul is an expert. He evaluated our roof and provided a recommendation to us. He chose a new roof asphalt color that matched our 15 year old garage. Our house was built in 1926 and it had four previous roofs that needed removed. Those layers were a shingle roof, two asphalt tile roofs and a cedar shake roof all on a layers of strip wood. He had his team remove that four layered roof. Then he applied plywood sheathing. Then they expertly laid down asphalt shingles. The crew was clean, safe efficient and worked quietly and quickly. Mr. Roof's crew kept the yard very neat and they left the yard immaculate. We appreciated Mr. Roof's expert roof replacement job. They were able to get us scheduled during a good weather window. They got the job done one day earlier than estimated. The crew was very safe and careful. Our new roof looks beautiful. Thank you Mr. Roof for a job well done."

"My dad had a roof that needed to replaced on his house. The was quite large I believe over 2600 square feet and was in bad shape. It ended up that all of the wood sheeting on the entire roof needed to be replaced. Both the boss and some of the crew members had me go up on the roof several times with them to show me how bad it was. Even with how bad the roof was and the needing to replace all of the sheeting the job still went very well at a great price and they finished in about a day and a half after starting. I definitely recommend them."
