"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

"Eric did a great job while giving me my quote. He was very knowledgeable and found some issues with my siding that I hadnt noticed yet. He showed me the product that DaBella was offering and the differences in other siding materials. He worked very hard to make the siding replacement quote affordable and fit all of our needs. I cannot wait to get the new siding."

"Mr. Oliver (George) was very professional and caring in his approach to explain all the necessary steps required to replace our failed drain pan in our master shower. He explained all the options available to us for our upgrade using the Onyx system. He answered all of our questions and we knew exactly what to expect during the shower transformation. The material arrived earlier than expected so we were able to start sooner. His demo and installation team were on time every day and gave me daily updates. The installation team took great pride in the work. The finished master shower looks incredible. Such a major difference from what we had used previously. My wife and I look forward to our daily shower under the new rain shower head. Also his team leader Pat went out of his way to give me advice and he assisted me in another small home repair that I was accomplishing. I would recommend USA Installations to anyone needing a bath or shower upgrade."

"The work done on the siding was acceptable, however the calking work left residue all over several bathrooms that was difficult to clear up and the calking was not even and bubbled in several areas."

"Our vinyl siding melted due to our barbecue being too close to the side of our house. Jon and his employee did a fantastic job repairing then painting the siding. It blends perfectly and you can't tell there was anything done. They were respectful, trustworthy and professional. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. In addition, we had an issue with the new buyers' insurance company. Jon took the time to send our agent the pictures and a complete description of the damage and the work performed. I really appreciate the extra effort he took for us."

"They were recently installed and so far so good. The before and after pictures wake me wonder why I didn’t do this sooner. The sales man and the installer were professional."

"We talked to five or six siding installers and Key & JM was one of the final two. It was really close!"
