"Owner Jakob was a pleasure to work with. He is always around to keep an eye on the project and answer my questions and concerns. He also answers my text and calls in a timely fashion. He takes pride in his work and often goes the extra mile to help us. When installing fixtures in our bathroom, he asked his crew to replace the old plumbing anyway, even though we did not talk about it initially. He said because it is the right thing to do. His crew was courteous and professional. They paid extra attention to details. Our bathroom turns out great. We would definitely recommend LI Developers to others and will hire them for future projects."

"We are SO happy with Sal and his team. Sal’s price was very reasonable and he communicated with us from start to finish. His team was on time and stayed late each day until the project was completed. Either Sal, his son, or his wife was on site each day. After starting, we asked Sal if he could take down a tree for us and his guys did it right away, leaving no sign of the stump. They did an amazing clean-up when the project was completed - even hauling away clutter and mess that was there before they started! They also returned days after the project was completed to put down grass seed. We LOVE our new patio, walkways, and pool deck - the pavers look beautiful!! We’ve already asked Sal to come back and give us an estimate on masonry work in the front yard!"

"Tony the owner of Torres Contracting gave me the best price to redo my driveway in blacktop and with a full paver border plus walkway. Pavers were Cambridge brand which is the best out there. He even repointed my stoop and fixed all the cracks for free. He has a great crew that knows their stuff. A+++"
