The boss did the estimate, but two younger guys did the work and said the window well grade work couldn't be done. "<p>This company is amazing!  I think there are workers for EVERY specialty - and they are all good!!!  My first experience was having them lay ceramic tile.  That might sound like a straightforward job - but mine wasn't.  My home was built in the 40s and there was a difference of approximately 2 inches from the kitchen (included in the original home) and the dining room (an addition).  The worker built up the floor from the kitchen through the dining room so the tile would be level and would not crack or break due to a difference in elevation.  I had removed the old lino, so the worker was able to come in and lay the board and the tile IN ONE DAY!!  He installed one day and returned to do the grouting the next.  The floor looks amazing - the work was done even faster than they told me it would be - and the price was much less than the other three bids I had gotten.  A few weeks after the kitchen and dining room were done, I had them come back and tile my bathroom.  Different worker - SAME RESULT!!  So I decided to have them upgrade my deck and stain it.  Then I had them paint my dining room - two colors with a chair rail between (of a third color).  Again - on time and  professionally done.  FOR A GREAT PRICE!!!  The last job they did for me was last week.  It was windy, and I had failed to close my storm door properly.  The wind literally pulled the door from the wood molding.  I called and the owner had someone at my house in a matter of hours - the same day I called.  Every one of the workers I had contact with had years of experience in his trade.  He knew the products that needed to be used for each job and was able to advise me on what would work best for my situation.</p> ) <br />"
