"I am THRILLED with my 19-window purchase from Pace Window and Door! Not only are the windows beautiful and so easy to use, but the outside surround looks like I have a new house! From Glen, the sales rep to the skilled and immaculate installers Dan & James, I am very happy with the entire purchase & process. I highly recommend Pace Window & Door and their lifetime warranty that can even be passed on to any future owners of this property! I heard that there are 3000 window companies in the US and only 10 manufacturers. How lucky that Pace is one of those skilled manufacturers in Rochester. Thank you Pace Window and Door—great job! 🥰 The project option above did not list windows, and I couldn't post this review without clicking that box that says doors."

"They were not able to fill our door space, and wanted us to make too many compromises"

"JMT construction was the best contractor I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot of them. From the quote process which was short, sweet and to the point. It only took about 20 minutes for the quote and Jim explained everything. Other quotes we got from national brands took 2+ hours and were not as informative. The quote was very reasonable and was so much cheaper than other companies for the same windows!! Jim explained everything and was extremely diligent with communication. He would always notify us when he was on his way and when he was done for the day and what the next step was. He answered all my questions and concerns. The work was done quickly, in a professional manner, and they did a great job of cleaning up the mess from the job. Jim also refused to install two of the windows because he did not like how they opened and closed. Most contractors would have just thrown them in and left the problem with the home owner. Jim did not. He ordered new windows and put them in as soon as they arrived, at no additional cost or inconvenience. Jim also took the time to show me some water damage he discovered during demolition. Most contractors would not have said anything because it had nothing to do with the windows but instead was because of missing gutters. Jim offered to repair the damage at an amazing price and it was done to perfection. I would hire JMT to do work on any of my properties."

"Brad and his guys installed some vents in our attic. They did good work and were professional. Would recommend!"

"Brandon came to install our vanity on the same day. He was on time, professional, and fairly priced. I would highly recommend him and hire him again for future projects!"

"I would hire this man anytime I had an emergency and he came right away at the exact time he said he would and did a great job! I highly recommend him!"

"Don was able to fix several problems, including my washing machine whose water would not stop rising and replacing an out of code electrical outlet. Bizarre electrical problems cropped up with both the washing machine fix and outlet replacement while he worked on them, but he persevered and was able to figure them out and resolve the problem. Don is very friendly, gives advice about products when asked, I would recommend him to others."

"Todd was great - did molding around counters would recommend"

"Paella Syracuse assigned work installation for 6 large windows. Team lead Adam with 2 mates were exceptionally professional, experienced, polite, efficient and timely. Best work ethic. Phase 1 of 2 phases. I have asked for same team to return for another major installation phase. 5 star work completion."
