Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. As a landlord, I had to replace a hot water heater for my tenants as soon as possible. I had to shut the water off and they were extremely upset about it. "This was our first renovation and we're learning as we go! Everyone at Watertown Tile was very helpful and took their time helping us find what's right for our kitchen and budget. Plus, they let us take 5 samples free of charge!! That was huge and really helped us pick the correct one. They were very easy to work with and willing to explain the process as we went. We had a slight mishap with the hole for the soap dispenser - they cut it a tad to large. To be fair, our soap dispenser is slightly smaller than standard. But they didn't charge us for it and it's an easy fix. Next time, I'd just make sure they have it in hand when making the hole for it to be sure."
