The owner and some of the crew did have to return twice to clean up roofing nails in the yard due as we have two dogs and one ended up with a nail in his leg while we were playing. The owner was very apologetic and covered the vet visit via a reduction in the cost of the roofing service. "Those guys are true professionals. They were very responsive. They returned my initial inquiry call quickly and provided all the information that I was interested in. They quickly arrived for an estimate and did not pest me with emails or phone calls during the period of time while I was still shopping around. Their estimate was the best (I surveyed 3 different companies). At the end of the day I did not pay a penny extra from what they estimated. That is, they did not try to sell anything additional or play dumb (as others do) by saying.. "The process was supposed to take 3 days, it was finally done in 8 days. The trash removal was sloppy. Because the roof was not properly covered and secured, there was a big roof leak. As a result my ceiling got damaged. I am still waiting for contractor to change wet insulation in attic and fix damage ceiling. Will follow up when the damages are fix."
