Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. The workers were neat personable they cleaned their messes up each day. If I could do more than recommend them I would do that n give a 6th star. Without asking at payment time I got copies of release of lien for material and entire job, that just puts ya at ease. During the install one of them ran over a driveway light (which isn’t a big deal $15 on Amazon) but I was told they would replace it when they came to install the covers on the windows after the inspection was complete. The inspector came and the job was approved. Now this is where they lose stars... I have called talk with several people about the covers that were suppose to be installed after a month nothing has happened. Every person I’ve talk to, told me they would get back to me either the next day or the day after but nothing. I have told them I can do it but I need a little direction on how but still radio silence. You would think that after $17000 they could call me back but nope. So if you want to work with a company they takes your money does some of the job then doesn’t call you back when there’s issues hire Ridge Top.
