"I wanted to post a good word about AG, specifically their supervisor Al. I was reluctant to use any lawn company based on some dealings with some very shady people. However, I have really bad seasonal fungus and was unable to control this myself. I have been using AG for a couple years. Recently Al showed up at my home. Frankly, I have no idea why he was here. I never complained about anything or escalated any issues. I suspect either AG proactively does this as routine customer service or the tech escalated a particularly bad fungus outbreak to him. Either way this reflects very good on the AG leadership. We discussed my issue. Al was very knowledgeable, professional and has a wonderful personality. He addressed my concern and I am very pleased how this whole situation was handled. Anyone reading this who has a lawn service must ask if they received similar proactive customer service. "I can't recommend Just Sod highly enough. Before I bought my house, the yard had been xeriscaped and then left unattended for years. As a result, it was an unmanageable jungle, with rotting structures and massive vegetation. After many conversations and help devising a plan for my yard, Just Sod cleared everything and installed a beautiful lawn. The crew arrived on time and worked like mad to get everything done in under two days. They provided more for my strict budget than I would've expected; they really went above and beyond to clean up the yard and provide a lawn my whole family can enjoy. Miguel put in extra time to troubleshoot problems with my sprinkler timer, and he even installed new wiring without charging extra. They will do what it takes to make sure you are equipped to care for your new lawn. Everyone on the team, from the crew to the office staff, is responsive and professional. Invariably, Jason and Lauren returned my calls and emails within a matter of hours and provided thorough, thoughtful assistance. I would hire Just Sod again in a heartbeat."

After he took out the bushes that needed to be removed, he went with us, to the Home Depot nursery, and advised us on what plants would look and grow best. He assisted us in transporting some of the bigger plants. When he was ready to do the planting, he advised us on the best positioning of the plants. When we were happy with the layout, he planted them. We bought the landscaping package on a Big Deal. For 5 hours of labor, he charged $155.00. It took two extra hours to complete the job and we paid him an extra $30.00 per hour. For a 7 hour job, we paid him a total of $215.00. It was SO worth it!!!!"
