"David is one of the best workers I've ever seen. He shows up exactly when he says he will, stays for about 2.5 hours (for a 1700 square foot house), and promptly leaves. He never breaks anything, and he puts everything back where he found it (but he also moves stuff to clean around it). He once hired a few people to work for him, but after a very brief trial, found they weren't up to snuff and let them go. When I asked him why, he said only the best, most thorough, most prompt and professional people could work for him. So, now he does all the cleaning himself. He is prompt, pleasant, courteous, thorough, detail oriented, and personable. When I moved, it was a major factor to move into an area that he still would still service, if that tells you anything.
