With regard to installation, Sang (and team) did a phenomenal job. They were able to finish most of the install in one day, with some additional capping work finished two days later. The difference in comfort between our original windows and replacements is dramatic. We've noticed our HVAC rarely turning on now, and the comfort across the various levels of our townhome seems to be considerably more stable.
