"Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. "I love this company! They always answer when I call and immediately schedule me - unlike other roofing companies who will either “call me back” (and never do) or just never answer their phone. I’ve used them twice - once to repair a siding issue and another time to replace my flat roof. The estimator (Rick) is always on time, professional, patient and nice. Both jobs I didn’t even have to be home for them to do the work. They took pictures of the work done and emailed them to me. This is my roofing company for life!"

"I asked a friend for the name of the company that replaced the roof on their house. They recommended Certified Incorporated contractor that they obtained from Angie’s List. Their contract listed in detail and sequential order of installing a new roof. I received a quote that included an explanation of what Certified Incoporated was going to do. First, the old shingles were removed. Second, any rotten wood was replaced with quality wood. Third, the entire roof was covered with synthetic felt. Fourth, replaced pipe booths. Fifth, they installed lifetime shingles with a twenty-five year workmanship guarantee. The warranty is transferable to the next homeowner. Also, the contract included the removal and hauling away of all debris. This was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this contractor. Thank you, A. Brookins"

"The job required some additional plumbing work which was included at no additional cost.  The tile work is beautiful, and includes some unique detail that I would never have considered.  He installed new shower doors to replace the old shower curtain which added to the overall appearance of the room.  The materials used were first rate and construction techniques high quality.  Overall, we were very pleased with the finished product and believe we received high value for the price.  Walter is easy to deal with, dependable and reliable.  He made every effort to ensure we were happy with the finished product.  I plan to call him again for my next home renovation project.

John stepped me through each process and pointed out issues that needed repair and repaired them. I had two issues upon completion and they were corrected the next day. "The job "foreman" Joe was an excellent point of contact throughout the entire job. He responded to e-mails and texts and phone calls very timely. All of the work was performed by licensed and reputable local contractors specializing in their field. When the work was done, Joe immediately rectified any flaws, or items that needed to be tweaked. The job was pretty much completed in the estimated time frame (I was not in a rush). And then my final punch list items were all taken care of in the end. I would definitely use these guys again, especially if I could have Joe as my lead guy again!"
