You are given a 4 hour window, and the phone call is usually half an hour in advance of their arrival time. I was happy with the service provided, this is my 3rd time to use Mr Rooter Plumbing Services. And discount is given from a decal on yellow pages phone book."

"I contacted the company on Tuesday, March 22, to set up an appointment, and then purchased the deal for a $200 credit towards plumbing services for $79.  I found the leak while doing some remodeling on our house, and luckily, the leak was accessible through a service panel.  I provided all of the details of the situation to the representative, and scheduled an appointment that was available for Friday, March 25.  The person I talked with on the phone was very friendly and helpful.  About an hour after scheduling the appointment, I received a call back from the company informing me that they had a cancellation and could come out earlier if I was available.  I took the appointment and was able to get everything fixed two days earlier than I had anticipated.
