Scheduled themselves to come out the following day despite me saying I could do it myself. Was an hour late and then expected to be paid in cash. Will not be using their services. "We had a simple plat process where we split one property into 2. We relied on A-1 to provide the service. Not only did it take 24 months to complete (yes you read that correctly), but we had to hound the team to get it done. Some of the delays were basic. Hays County had a checklist of requirements for electronic files, it took multiple rounds to get these corrected and added to the delay. That delay, because of price inflation, has cost me more than $12,000 in additional costs for septic components. Would not recommend, not even to my ex-wife."

They wait days to return a call. The lady I eventually talked to made it clear that my warranty was useless but did agree to send someone over to look at it. They called a plumber for me who did a test and found several sewer line leaks, which voided the warranty. The plumbers excavated and fixed the leaks for $16,000. After begging for a quote to re-level for months, Christopher finally blessed me with a quote for $13,350. Considering I paid $27,951.72 in 2018, and the excavation work was already done by the plumbers, I decided that I could not justify spending that much more, for a total of $57,300 on my foundation with no warranty, so now I live in a permanently cracked and crooked house."
