Our goal is to work with our clients to provide a custom solution for storage, access, and organization in kitchen and bathroom cabinets, pantries, and closets. ShelfGenie trains our Designers and Installers to provide a professional, streamlined experience. The design process begins with a complimentary consultation at the client's home. The ShelfGenie designer works with the homeowner to create a custom plan which addresses each cabinet and the appropriate GlideOut shelving that best meets the owner's storage needs. After the design is complete, the GlideOuts are measured and built to fit the homeowner's specific cabinets. ShelfGenie Installers are professionally trained, have passed a background screening and are fully insured. They install ShelfGenie products in a professional manner which includes respect for the homeowner's property and cleaning up before they leave. The end result is a more functional and easy to use cabinet or pantry. GlideOut's help eliminate bending and "digging" through cabinets by making items easy to see and easy to reach. We paid over $10000 for these very small closets and they have done nothing but provide an untimely, faulty design, shotty workmanship and poor overall customer service- from the rep, to the installers, to the scheduling manager. It’s all been a horrible experience. We have tried to escalate the situation to management, just to find them over stretched , and though polite for a change, have gotten zero done to help our situation.
