"Home Depot interior designs were awesome. The only knock would be to verify the measurement by the measuring tech that comes out. He chose smaller closet insert than we anticipated. Install tech got it fixed and reordered."

"Work was done on time. The only problem was some confusion about the type of window we ordered. We thought we were ordering all slide windows, but some of them were crank windows - what they call "casement" windows. This type of window was never discussed by the salesman. The order form was hard to read, as it was an NCR copy and hand written. This was disappointing. Other than that, it went well. The windows look great and work well.
