"Arno is a consummate professional! I was at a disadvantage as my permanent residence was a 5hr drive from the location of our new home. Arno met with me at the new residence early in the process of construction, he was very generous with his time and very attentive to my vision for organization and utilizing the cabinetry space to its maximum potential. "Jon Jon is an amazing professional, humorous, skillful, and extremely honest. And I believe that if he takes your job, you ll consider yourself very lucky just as I do. When I asked him how he d learned copper plumbing and galvanized etc., he told me that he had actually learned many of his skills in plumbing and electrical even as a tween when he took work at an American shipyard just to get out of the house. By the time he was fifteen, he knew how to plumb components of ships. My own family is Navy, so seeing was believing with Jon Jon. I needed my washer and dryer hook-ups to be in the house instead of in the garage basically the opposite side of the wall. He took the old plumbing out of my garage wall, reworked the direction of the copper pipes so that I could have my new Bosch high efficiency washer and dryer installed in my home. He also reworked the elaborate wiring situation, being ever mindful of code in dealing with a German plug on the Bosch dryer and my old 1955 home s wiring. He can build a shed from the ground up, rebuild gates to make them look very appealing curbside, etc. These are all verified projects. Jon Jon Handyman (Jose Ladrillono) is in my go-to phone contacts from now on. Full disclosure: I live in South Land Park, Sacramento, and I liked the sound of this company from the list of professionals Home Advisor provided to me. So I contacted him and went from there.
