"We hired USA Insulation to blow insulation into the ceiling above our garage. Their customer service team was very responsive, had great communication regarding visits, and provided a quote onsite after viewing the job. The job was completed as promised and all the workers were professional and courteous. "Jimmy was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what was needed in our crawl space. He tore all wet / moldy insulation ,replaced all rotten beams, installed the humidifier and did the entire encapsulation. He came on a weekend to meet with to explain the processes in person. ( we live out of state ) We Highly recommend this company."
