"I RECENTLY HAD MY ATTIC INSULATION REPLACED BY MASTER ATTIC. ALEX CAME OUT RIGHT ON SCHEDULE AND GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE. ( I DID HAVE 4 OTHER ESTIMATES) THE CREW LEAD BY ROBERTO WAS AMAZING. THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE, CAREFUL IN MAKING SURE THE AREA WAS SEALED OFF AND WERE VERY CAREFUL OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN REMOVING OLD INSULATION , VACUUMING OUT THE ATTIC ,SPRAYED AREA AND SEALED ANY OPENINGS. BEFORE THEY BROUGHT IN NEW INSULATION, THEY ASKED ME IF I WISHED TO TO VIEW THE ATTIC AND I DID. I WAS AMAZED EVEN AT THIS POINT, HOW CLEANED EVERYTHING LOOKED . (THIS INSULATION HAD BEEN UP THERE FOR 70 YEARS) NEW INSULATION WAS INSTALLED AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THE CREWED CLEANED UP EVERYTHING , EVEN VACUUMED THE AREA IN THE ROOM. ALL BAGS OF OLD INSULATION WERE REMOVED PROMPTLY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE."

Jon arrived on time and spent a good bit of time looking all around the basement and attic, even performing a home leak test which revealed that our chimney's damper doesn't perform as it should (already called for service) and that the insulation in our attic is up to code. He made useful suggestions about potential upgrades to our HVAC and water heater, as well as our thermostat. He installed energy efficient light bulbs in the few lamps where we didn't already have them. All told: a very useful expenditure of time and limited funds (the state of DE covering 3/4s of the cost!"

"It has been about a year since, but I was unaware that they were listed on Angies list until today. If I had know I would have posted this sooner. They finished the treatment in one day .They were on time and did a great job. They offered a yearly certification for a low annual fee. We have every intention of taking advantage of that offer but sadly have not received any of the details or documents required to do so.. In all fairness I am not sure if the entire year has passed . That being said I am hoping they will send that info soon. Besides the cost of the original treatment being very reasonable , we were especially pleased to be able to do business with this excellent local company/"

"This was a big job that was part of a whole-house renovation. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work. I would rehire &/or recommend them in a heartbeat."

"Over it was a good job and the price was reasonable. Few concerns: the first technician thought that it might be a problem resulting from the thermostat wire going bad causing the fan coil unit to not get the correct voltage. The second technician took a little more time and checked the connections and solved the issue pretty quickly saving me from a pretty costly repair. My other concern was the first technician said he could do the inside coil cleaning as part of the tune up. The technician never mentioned it would be an additional $220.00. The technician just sprayed the coil cleaning foam but never removed the front panel to brush the coils as recommended. since he did not remove the panel not sure how he checked visually for refrigerant leaks. He also checked on the form that basic air duct cleaning was performed which must be a mistake because he never looked at the main return."

"It went great... but this company is no longer in business in the US. So we could not have them do the home energy upgrades. If they were still around we likely would have went with them!
