  Comment: Hello, I have a house built in 1896, almost all plaster exterior walls. Plus, many of the windows have poor seal and allow significant cold air leakage. Approximately 1400 square feet between first and second floors. Also, when we recently had to open up our basement ceiling to find a pipe during the super freeze mid-January, we discovered that the air in between the basement ceiling and the floor of the main floor was below freezing, so I would like to explore what options there would be to insulate that as well.
