"Removed concrete pad and bush roots from yard. Then graded same area and seeded. Work was done professionally and we were very pleased with the outcome. We then talked with Scott and requested estimates on other concrete and yard projects."

"The Roca team was on time and very efficient in clearing my driveway and sidewalk. I appreciate how quickly they are able to complete the work and the care that they take with each job."

"I dealt with "Rob", he called me within 20 minutes of my quote request on home advisor, he was personable and knowledgeable, and was on the project site the following morning. His price for the original project was less than 2/3 of another contractor, he also had some suggestions for other needed work. The end result was I wound up with almost 2x mu original project for $200 more than the first quoted price on the original project. When it came time to start the project, the crew was prompt, and went right to work. Prepping and removing the old material from the area, then laying down the base material according to city requirements and covering it overnight. The following morning they finalized the prep work, and poured the sidewalks. The end result was very well executed. The finish was great, and the slab flatness and match to existing sidewalk was great. I will be using J&R in the future for other projects. WELL DONE!!"

"They did a great job, great price, got the job done very quickly, and cleaned up very nicely. All the guys showed up on time and worked all day even in the rain to get the job done on time. I'm so happy with the work that was done will recommend for sure."

"Excellent! It was too late in the season with the weather too cold so they had to wait until spring. They contacted me first thing as soon as the weather was warm enough, came and did an excellent job!"

"I booked them via a deal on Angies List to repair my sidewalk. They came out promptly, and after talking to Nick, I decided to repair my parking area, which was cracked and had standing water issues. It took a bit longer than I expected to get them out to acutally start the project, but when they came I was more than pleased with the service and the knowledge that Nick had. I am currently thinking of hiring them for another project.

"Very well done. A longtime friend and neighbor and we decided to get quotes from Precise Paving to seal our driveways. James was on time, professional and offered to do both driveways right then. The price was right and James felt right so we did it. Looks great! Will call James and PP in 3-5 years to reseal again. Mike McAuvic"

"Kevin was very professional and gave a competitive price compared to other estimates. He showed up to work every day and got the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend Kevin to anyone!"
